please help ! No sound on PS3 ....

hi all,
for some stupid reason my sound settings on my Sanyo tv (CE42FD33-B) have been changed and i am not getting any sound from my PS3, this happened a year or so ago and with messing with the settings i got it to work but this time it doesn't seem to be working, ??? would really appreciate some help as its driving me loopy. and i'm starting to panic with MW3 coming out next week :confused1:

I know you've probably tried all of my suggestions but always worth a shot:

1) Make sure all connections are secure
2) Go into your PS3 audio settings
3) Make sure the correct audio output is selected (HDMI, Optical, RCA, etc.). If you don't have the right option selected no sound will come out
4) If possible, try different ports on the TV (if using a side HDMI port, use one on the rear of the TV)

and if all that fails above, turn off your ps3, hold the onn button until it bleeps twice, then let it boot. you should have sound...
