Hi guys, I was just wondering, I have the PSP 3000 with ChickHEN R2 and CFWe (3.3 I believe), and have purchased a PSP component cable. I have heard you cannot output games full screen or something, but have also heard of a plugin called Fusa which will enable me to play games full screen. So will Fusa work on my psp without bricking it? If it will how would I get it to work? Thanks so much for any help! :)

if your PSP supports plugins it will most likely work with FuSA. I could be wrong though... Wait for another opinion.

Hmm...thanks for ur input, I will wait a lil longer, hopefully someone who knows 100% will assure that its safe. thanks! +rep

actually, there's less risk with that plugin on a 3k than on a 1k
as long as you don't try installing it in flash.

if something would go wrong it can easily be fixed by plugging your PSP into your PC and deleting the fusa prx
(less risk is in the fact that on a 3k on a cold boot plugins aren't loaded, on a 1k with cfw plugins are loaded)

Fusa is needed not installed in flash, AFAIK. I could be wrong because I haven't tried it. But will be soon because I'm going to buy an AV cable later after the Christmas Chore. Anyone knows how to do this? I'll be using a 90v2 with 5.03 GEN-C and a 88v2 with 5.50 GEN D-3.

Ya I really want a definite answer too...someone please help, I don't want to risk anything :mellow:

No one is going to give you a 100% assurance!

But as thumbrule you can stick to:
Everything that does not touch (or make you touch) any part of the internal flash memory is pretty much save to go with.

Fusa is only installed in /seplugins on the memstick and doesn't care about flash stuff in any way, a (reallife) buddy of mine is a huge fan of it and uses it alot - no issues so far.

ayt. its safe and won't brick your psp3k. i got psp3k on fusa.

use component cable not the composite
works on old tv but it's in black and white, you should use hdtv or sdtv instead.

Isnt FuSa like a game pad?

There is Fusa gamepad and Fusa SD.

@TS I've got my 3k working with Fusa (5.03 GEN-C) and a 2k on 5.50 GEN-D3

It's safe :)
