you can't update your OFW PSP to CFW without pandora..
you just updated your CFW 3.90 m33 to Sony's OFW 5.00
that's the main reason why you can't update to CFW 5.00 m33..

i had an interesting thing happen when i directly updated from 3.80 m33-4 to 500 m33-3. i got what seemed to be a partial brick, but then i reset to default settings and every thing was ok. There was a corrupt file shown as well but the software works great. i just deleted the corrupt file after the update.
