It's a modified version of the normal popsloader, nothing that special.
The major thing about it as that is has all the pops version pre-installed, saving alot of time downloading ofw's, psar dumping, renaming, etc...
I came across it over several closed PSP forums in some foreign language
I am asking if it's legal!
After all it's against sony's copyrights i think.
