Yeah. Just got the desk as I was fed up of having a decent PC but nowhere to use it.

Should've posted a before picture for comparisson but I forgot.

I actually have 4 PC's, soon to be 5.

1 for media (antec fusion)
1 for music (Mac Mini so itunes works perfectly)
1 for gaming (shuttle)
1 laptop

If the Antect Fusion could fit a full size graphics card I wouldn't need the shuttle, if itunes worked on Windows I wouldn't need the mac mini, if the Antec Fusion was more portable I wouldn't need the shuttle, if my laptop was any good I wouldn't need the shuttle.

Which shelf? If you mean the DVDs then I've posted them before just not here, I'll get a new pic anyway though as I've bought a ton since the last pictures.

Wow that must be really nice.Do you own a ipod as well?Ever you use front row or Itunes fullscreen coverflow on the mac? Doesnt your ps3 cover media?
Are you getting a full tower for your 5th pc? Or a new gaming laptop?

and yes I ment the dvd self.

I've had a 30GB ipod for almost 2 years now. I've only ever used Front Row for music as I don't see the point in duplicating video onto more than 1 PC. And I don't use coverflow cos I find it shit. I prefer a list.

PS3 is useless for media, I'd still need a large PC to stream to it and when they're in the same room what's the point. Plus it has no aerial connection so I can't record TV.

I'm getting a company laptop so it's not gonna be great but for free I'm not going to complain.

O you upgraded your ps3 hdd nice,to what 500gb? Is that where you store all your photos?
 
Nah it's only 160GB. The shuttle has a compact flash reader so now that I can use it as my main PC all my photos will be on there.

Ya, well we originally had that 61" down stairs, with the PS3.

Now that its upstairs, that our gaming tv, my dad just bought this Harmon Kardon DVD 38 dvd player for a ridiculous amount of money, same price that he could have gotten a good Blu ray for. We don't really rent blu ray that much, we only have 6 blu ray movies, all of which we got free.
 
I might be missing something here,if you have a really high end tv then why no bluray(other than your ps3) for your main watch movie tv?
 
Its the living room, its more comfortable, the game room is cramp. And most movies we rent are always DVD's. I don't really care for blu-ray, but its something I am sure we will upgrade to in the future.

Sullivan - that DLP TV is out of place on top of that stand (which mind you is meant for a much smaller TV :o ). Usually DLP's sit on floors if I'm not mistaken, not on a stand for something like a Plasma or LCD.

I would really like to upgrade one of my monitors to a 22 or 24" one with 1080p or 1200p resolution but for now I think I'll stick with my two 19" and get a UMPC when I can afford one (if it's reasonably priced since my laptop probably won't last me for too much longer - in terms of battery life and hardware health)

That sounds pretty tight, but if you were ever sick, a pain to get on.
