Problem loading Hellcat's Pandora Installer for 3.XX Rev 3b

Ive been messsing around trying to get custom on my 3.80 sony firmware (slim) and i was follow some instructions to do pandora and ms but when i copied the files to run pandora i could get the icon in the game menu but it wouldnt load up and got an error game couldnt load!?

Any Advice?
 
Yes, the program needs to be run from a PSP that has custom firmware installed. You can't run it from official 3.80.
 
thanx chief so then how i start that up almost everything ive seen is too change one custom firmware to the next but nothing really on getting ur system from sony to custom?

There isn't a whole lot of ways you can do this. You'll need to either use someone else's PSP that is running CFW to convert your battery, or purchase one pre-converted. As for the magic memory stick, you can find those files online and install them using the TotalNewbi installer.
