Problem POP Lost Crown ubisoft

Hi, my Ubisoft game profile for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown shows that I have unlocked 12 out of 17 achievements. However, the progress bar is displayed as if I had unlocked all 17/17 achievements. There is also a star displayed around the game's icon, as if the game were fully completed.

Could you please look into this and fix it?

It now just says 12, without a completed badge

As you can see in the photo, you're mistaken. It does appear as completed around the game's profile picture, as well as the yellow color of the progress bar.

That’s because you manually marked it as completed.

Edit the game and remove the completion date. I went and removed it for you. That was the only game you had a manual completion date set.
