Problem with tracking gameplay time

I’ve noticed that my PS4 doesn’t track playtime correctly: the time either updates with a significant delay or doesn’t change at all. I’d like to understand what might be causing this and how it can be fixed
 
Hello I bought ps4 and Have the same problem with timetracking (achivements works). My only game that tracked time is Playroom and it counts only 3 minutes and stoped. Is this issue well known ??
 
Pessoal um dia entrei no chat da Playstation e o suporte disse para recriar o banco de dados, fiz isso e momentaneamente havia voltado, mas depois de uns dias parou de novo, tem dia que registra tem dia que não registra.
