Profile showing up as Not Ranked

Hello there! I am a new user, I only posted here once in the forums yesterday, and today when I looked up if I got any replies I noticed a warning that my profile is showing up as Not Ranked.

The link on the warning leads to the rules saying the Not Ranked mark indicates cheating and I don't understand. I only played Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3, Metroid Fusion and Bloodstained Ritual Of The Night recently but didn't cheat or use any mods on those. I also played a little bit of Moadra but that one is just a demo.

What exactly did I do that's considered cheating? How do I sort this out? Those games were played with RetroAchievements, GOG and Steam. I just checked and my profile is fine on these 3 platforms, only Exochase mentions cheating.
 
Your profile isn’t showing up as not ranked and as far I can tell it’s never been flagged. Where exactly did you see it?

If your profile has been flagged it will show “Not Ranked” at the top of your profile page.
 
When you visit the "Feedback & Support" forum, where we are right now, it shows a blue bar at the top giving some information about not being ranked.

If so, you're ranked just fine, everybody sees that on the forum. :)👍
