when i load and eboot.pbp (keys.bin included) game off my memory stick nothing happens. not even the gameboot comes up and i only see the waves and background.then i try to turn it off and it takes 8 to 10 seconds. im using 3.03 oe-c. where do folders go aand how do i name them. so if any one can help i would greatly appreciate it.so thanks to you you helps me.

... Er... You can try and explain more clearly...
What program are you using to convert the game? I use PSX2PSP, and it creates a folder, which you should put into PSP>GAME on your PSP.

Do you have the CXMB plugin enabled? Seems PSone games do not work with it turned enabled.

i actually "obtanied" the games as eboots already because psx2psp wont work on my computer. and i do have cxmb but its turned off all the time because it always freezes during the gameboot. should i completely remove the cxmb. do i need anything else to run the ebboot. do i need to have certain settings on my recovery menu, tell me exactly what you need to know and ill tell you, i just want the games to work. thanks for you help and for future help.

he converted them for 3.02 so should i go down or if i go up.

should i go to 3.10 and then use popsloader but did i read wrong or do i have to get like 20 different prx's
what should i do to extract all the firmwares

I would suggest removing all traces of CXMB. Also, I would suggest upgrading to 3.40OE-A, mainly because one of the only reasons to run 3.03OE-C is for good flashing of your XMB, which you obviously don't use because you're using CXMB. The eboots were probably converted with PSX2PSP v1.2, new OEs need differently-converted PSX eboots, so they're probably converted FOR 3.40OE-A. So ask the friend that gave you the eboots what they converted 'em with.

Just disabling CXMB in the recovery menu should work (don't need to delete the files). I tried a PSone game with CXMB on and got the same results you were describing...

i already deleted all of the cxmb and i still get the same results. im just going back up to 3.10 and decrypting the firmwares and then i'll use popsloader. i was looking at popsloader guide and everything looks so much easier . hopefully that'll work, if not ill just go back to 3.02. but thank you all for the help

Why not just go to 3.40OE-A?:confused1:

AAAAAAAAA I thought cxmb was causing problems. I kept trying to load my ps1 games. Then I disabled cxmb and they worked. Now at least it's confrimed about what you were asking if you have the iso of the game or if you only have the eboot you should be able to use psx2psp converter to make the file. Then just put it in your PSP/GAME folder on your memstick. Make sure the game is a good rip too.

in 3.03 the games wouldnt even go to the gameboot. now in 3.10 i get "the game could not be started the data is corrupt." and i followed all the intrustions in popsloader and i enabled the prx's for all 3.00 to 3.03. if i go to 3.40 will my games work. or can someone do all in their power to help make my games work.

...do you think formatting the memory card will work.

Well, it's because you converted them with something other than PSX2PSP v1.2, which is HERE. If you convert your PSX ISOs with this, it will work.
