Is it possible convert a 0x800 from elf to ~psp ?

Nope.
At least not to my knowledge. Last I know is that for some reason, that was pending to be found out, VSH mode modules didn't work with it.

Eventually no one looked into it anymore.

Hm...ok, but what is with the resurrection.prx, is it not a 0x800 module?

Hm, good question, don't know, should be checked....

Maybe they made an updated version at one point that did work with VSH modules....

I presumption it is a user mode und load the iop.prx for the kernel entry but I do not knows.

Just gotta check the flags on resurrection.prx....
