ok i have a psp phat 1000 with 5.00 m33-6 installed...now the problem has to have something to do with the battery because when i go to turn the psp on all that happens is the little green light flashes but the screen stays black and i have to hold the power switch for like 20sec to turn it off...now if i insert a mms it turns on and run normally...i switched the battery out with a different one and it work fine but for some reason when i put my battery in it i have to have a mms to turn it on...(also once i have turned it on with a mms i can switch the memory stick out with a different one and it works fine it's just when i go to turn it on that i have the problem)

That's because it's a Pandora battery. You have to have a memory stick with the correct IPL on it to boot into your PSP. There are however, ways around that. You can boot your PSP with a Pandora battery by installing the TimeMachine IPL, found here on the forum (The tutorials section).
