psp wont work ?

Hi guys my psp is not switching on ? green light comes on then goes off? ms card lights dont flash neither ? i had it working couple hours ago now it wont : ( i have a pandora battery but need help how to restore psp i did put 4.01-m33-2 but it went dead !!! psp is model 1003 as is the same as other 1 i got which is great & working sweet help me guys
 
do you have a mms?
if so just pandorize it
to make a mms download pandora deluxe and install a dc and the ipl.
i dont know how to use pandora deluxe but there should be a read me ;)
