The digital game distribution system isn't that much of an error to me. I mean, there are certainly some risks at this momment, but if Sony improved the whole PSN system it would be a nice investment. You kind of learn to manage your Storage space and all the variables of deciding whether or not to buy digital game.
But since the PSP itself seems to be a PS3 experiment system, who knows what could be in store for the future? I mean, the XrossMediaBar was a sucess on the PSP and was quickly integrated on PS3 firmware. Maybe digital distributions aren't a bad idea, as long as there's a backup plan for "accidental delete sequences".
