Rain, very little...

Ya, we got some more rain today, wasn't as bad though.

Back in California during an el nino it flooded EVERYWHERE, it was epic. It looks like a concrete jungle where you're at(could be wrong), so that would explain it, though that still is a good bit of rain.

Wow. That street is a river now. That kind of rain only happened once where I live, because the drains were covered with sand bags that day.

I really miss rain :( Love it! Trust me... after seeing nothing but snow for so long rain is crazy cool! Pics I can almost feel the humidity from. Very cool stuff! :)

It rained almost all week today where I live. To have snow like you did where I live is would be nice to have, but its like 83 degrees right now, so it is too bad for me.

Thats nothing. My house has 1 and a half feet of water all around it every November. Theres usually an inch or so of water inside the house. In some parts of the city people take out their boats and drive them on the roads.

Ya I have. Only a handful of cities have any kind of planning. They're usually the cities that were primarily occupied by foreigners when India was a colony, such as Ponidicherry by the French, and Jaipur. Their foreign architects designed the city for the government.

The rest of the place, people just build whatever they want, where ever they want. No one gives a crap about safety restrictions for construction, electrical systems, etc, nor does anyone inspect them.

The drainage pipes are like 1 foot wide on the biggest roads. There's no way it can handle the amount of water. Most people seal off the government water supply to their homes because sewage flows backwards through them into your water tank.
