Found this thing yesterday and it's just amazing. Basically what it does is it allows you to add a bookmark to your browser that will strip out all the useless bits of a site and leave you with just an easy to read article. When you're on a page with an article just click the bookmark and it will show only the article content.
It has really good accuracy with sites that have a clear area for content, also it's not designed for things like front pages etc. so it will fail on them.

I also made a GreaseMonkey script for Firefox that binds the script to Ctrl + q for people who would find a keyboard shortcut faster.
