Remove Games That Steam Has Removed or Limited?

Hello,
I noticed that my steam achievement count on my steam profile no longer matches my Exophase profile. After some digging it looks like steam removed a game and then limited another game from having its achievements counted. Is there a way for us to remove those game manually so that they don't show up and count on our Exophase profiles?

List the games here (or PM me them if you'd prefer) and I can remove them. We don't automatically remove them since there's quite a few situations in which Steam games can drop off your game list despite still having the achievements.
