Resident Evil creator and former Capcom producer Shinji Mikami plans to form a studio of his own following the completion of Platinum Games' third-person shooter Vanquish. Called Tango, the studio will be based in Tokyo, offering opportunities in game development to young talent. <!--more-->Or in other words, "people who haven't gone pro yet." Mikami explains in a recent interview with Famitsu, transcribed by 1UP:
