While the Xbox 360 version of Rock Band 2 has been enjoying its exclusive launch window for nearly a month now, MTV and developer Harmonix reminds us today of the title's upcoming release on other platforms, namely the PlayStation 3, PS2, and Wii.
Rock Band 2 will hit PS3 as a standalone package on October 19. A compatible drum and guitar set, which can also be used on PS2, will be sold on the same day, priced at $89.99 and $69.99 respectively. Additionally, the $189.99 Special Edition variant of the Xbox 360 version, which packs all of the instruments into one package plus the game, will grace shelves on the 19th as well.
