Rumor: Monster Hunter 3 May Hit PSP

According to a report from Chinese site CNGBA, citing a Japanese magazine scan, the once thought Wii-exclusive Monster Hunter 3 could be heading to PSP as well. While there is no real convincing evidence that backs up the site's claims, the very idea of MH3 heading to PSP is far from unrealistic. The obvious reason being is because of the franchise's success on portables. Combined with the massive Wii audience, Capcom could have a double, even triple platinum hit on their hands.

<p>Because it's a completely different beast to design for the PS3, while they can probably use very similar graphics between the wii and psp </p>

<p>I think it would be awesome if they make Monster Hunter 3 for the PSP, because i have been playing monster hunter2 and monster hunter freedom unite all the time. I have played over 500 hours in total on both games. They are my favorite games to play for the PSP.</p>

they actually have a monster hunter portable 3 in development for Japan
