Australian gaming site Gameplayer has taken an exclusive first look at the next installment in THQ's Saints Row series, revealing new details on the game. The game is said to feature a wide range of vehicles, including aircraft, helicopters, jet-skis and speedboats. While entire buildings will not be totally destructible, players will be able to fly aircraft through large windows.
Volition is also promising an online co-op mode. Similar to games like Halo, the co-op mode takes players through the entire story complete with side missions over Xbox Live. Now that is indeed a cool feature, especially for a sandbox game such as this. In addition, a deep emphasis is being placed on character customization. Want to control a "Uzi-toting transsexual?"
