how can i change the screensize (in pops) ? Im using firmware 3.10 oea v2 if that makes a difference.

if you press the home button while running a PSone game some options will come up. the screen size option is in there

Yep, while in a PSone game hit HOME on your PSP, go into Settings and then enter Screen Mode.
It's best to hit HOME while there is a nice bright full picture on your PSone game so you can see it under the PSP menu (I prefer Normal but you can see how they affect the display on each one to find your preference).
