Sonic Racing : CrossWorlds Free Weekend achievements unlocking weird times

So i am trying the free weekend for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds and i seem to be getting achievements at the wrong times. i finished one race and got the achievement for doing ALL the crossworlds and i unlocked opening all slots in my gear kit at the same time i unlocked the gear kit.

Is anyone else having this problem? i'd rather not get banned for something this dumb <,<

I haven't played it. A quick search turns up that it is a common issue though, so I wouldn't stress it.
