I hope so along with you.All this time I would hope so, it has been quite the wait.
But isn't this implemented for SCEE? Haven't seen any preload information for SCEA. Unless it happens in the next few days. But if that is the case blame it on marketing, SCEA loves holding out digital information to further retail sales..just a thought.
