Now this is fan service. According to the May issue of PlayStation: The Official Magazine, the gory, decapitation-filled Splatterhouse reboot will pay more than homage to its roots.* Namco Bandai has tucked away the original 16-bit trilogy as unlockables.
The original arcade version of Splatterhouse is there in all its uncensored glory, as are Splatterhouse 2 and Splatterhouse 3. The latter two entries were originally released on Sega Genesis.
