Steam achievements are showing as "Earned Offline"

For some reason, my Lords of the Fallen achievements are showing as "Earned Offline", along with my Crypt of the NecroDancer achievements. However, my Middle Earth achievements have the correct time stamps, and I don't remember changing any settings between then and now?

Additionally, my Xbox One achievements haven't shown up from ~7 hours ago, but I don't know if it's on a 12/24 hour update for consoles.

Should be fixed. The timestamp format we were getting from Steam changed, probably because we moved servers recently.

I have a similar issue with an achievement I got today (Last Giant) : https://www.exophase.com/game/dark-souls-ii-steam/achievements/#29387 shows as 'earned offline. Steam shows a timestamp : http://steamcommunity.com/id/Marcelloz/stats/appid/236430/achievements.

I also saw this occur in other games but guessed it was corrected or something. I guess not
