Steam Last Played Date Not Updating.

Actually it hasn't been possible to properly retrieve last played dates for quite awhile, for a few years now. We have it setup to scrape them from https://steamcommunity.com/id/Caronpp/ but it only shows the last 3 games. Valve removed them from the API otherwise, all Steam trackers have the same limitation to my knowledge.
This mostly works fine (it's not as accurate, since on that page Steam only gives a date value and not the full timestamp like we had access to before), but for some reason Borderlands 4 for example isn't showing under "Recent Activity" on your Steam page so that's why we are only using the date of last achievement in that case. So if other games are not appearing I'm guessing it's a Steam issue.
