Steam not visible and Live not synced

As title... other gamercards site can track perfectly my Live and Steam accout.
How can I solve the problem?

I up the thread to let you know 2 things:
-with the animated gamercard is shown the Origin profile but not the Steam one
-with the static gamercard the hours layed aren't shown. (I assume there is some bug with the sync of Steam, because the hours on Xbox Live are visible)

It should be fixed now! Probably will need to wait for a refresh on the static card for the hours to show again, or you can force update it.

Hi. My gamercard is not updated. I forced it but it did not work. I should have horizon zero dawn now and uncharted. Also my xboxlive gamertag does not show the hours i've been spent playing. How can i address it? thanks

link to your gamercard?

No hours played showing is normal since you've only played Xbox 360 games. We can only grab that information for Xbox One games.
