Steam On A Netbook?

So yeah, I want to get down with the kids and play some TF2 with you guise. But I don't know the specs for steam, or anything about it.

Is it at all possible? I try to prevent using stuff like this on the family computer, as well, it's a family computer and it's pretty packed full of shit.

steam does not have any requirements, but tf2 does

I'm guessing your graphics card is the gma 950, which does supposedly run tf2, but it is going to be way too slow to be considered playable.

if you're gunna try I'd recommend going to gmabooster.com and getting the app to set the graphics chipset to 400MHz instead of the crappy 133MHz that it's set to normally.

You can play, kind of. I got 15 fps with the 16 bit character models and no eyes config.

lmao, I installed L4D on mine a while ago. It reminded me of playing N64 on the PSP back in the day.
