Steam profile won't sync.

Even though my Steam profile is set to public, my trophies aren't syncing; they are still stuck at August 31, 2026, even though I’ve since achieved 100% completion in The Division Resurgence. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Edit: I resolved the issue by going to the Tools section and running a manual scan using the game's specific AppID. However, I would like to go back to using the one-click scan without having to copy the AppID.

On your Steam profile page, it doesn't show any games. When I open up the Games page, under Recently Played it says 0. In your list of games, it doesn't show any playtime. I think maybe your "Game details" is not set to Public.

It turns out I had the "hide playtime" option enabled, which was automatically hiding all my games—not just the playtime itself (which is strange, since it used to work fine). But now that I've turned it off, the games have reappeared on my profile, and Exophase has started updating normally again. Thanks for the help.
