strange issue after install CFW

ok ive just installed CFW 4.01 M33-2 to be exact following the instructions on this site, now it seems that the only way for me to turn the device on is by having the ac adapter plugged in and removing the battery and doing the R Shoulder and powering on into recovery mode does anyone know a way around this problem???
 
Might try resetting default settings. Not sure if this will help.

What kind of psp is it ? slim / phat etc

what did you use to install CFw
 
Have you used the same card & battery? and which ipl did you install to the card, Standard?
