Switch Friend Code not adding to profile

I've followed all steps including the checking that my privacy is set correctly. I've done everything that has been asked on the support page and still nothing.

Can admin please help? Thanks!
 
Appears too many users are trying to add their Switch profile at the same time and it's hitting various rate limits we have setup. I'm making some adjustments to the limits in the meantime but it will also work again once the traffic settles down.
