Hey how can I put chinese back on the system?
And can I delete some other language that I don't need?
 
you can't just "Delete" a language, and adding Chinese, you have to add the Chinese font which I cannot provide you
 
i'm making a guide on patching chinese back (like what i PM you) this weekend so be sure to check it out :p
