The connection to the PSN profile doesn't work

Hi everyone. I connected my PSN profile to the site, but it doesn't update data.
That is, it updates the PS4 data but receives nothing from the PS5. Does anyone have any explanation or solution?

Your profile is showing up as private when I attempt to view it on PSN. You need to change it back to public. Chances are you switched your settings back to private on PS5.
