PS3 The Last Guardian Possibly Canceled?

According to a report on Joystiq, GameStop has removed listings the upcoming PlayStation 3 exclusive The Last Guardian and had sent out phone calls to customers reporting that the game is canceled.

What could this mean for the game? Sony announced earlier this month the departure of one of the creative leads on the project, Fumito Ueda though the company has promised the game will be finished[...]

Give me a break. Sony wouldn't pour so much time and money into a title like this and simple can it on the year it's suppose to launch. There's so BS going on /w Ueda, but I highly doubt it's effecting the game too much outside of some delays.
