Anyone who wants to compress files they get with Fraps (original file sizes are multiple gigabytes), VirtualDub is a great video encoder that gives you a number of compression options.

In terms of game reviews, what are we going to cover? The usual are: Graphics, Gameplay, Sound, Longevity. What do we need to cover more?

Also, who is going to make the animations on the start of each part of the review? You know, like GT has from each part of the reviews.

Online gaming (i.e, server lagging if any), main menu look, DLC (if any), and finally a score.

Not sure who's going to be doing the animations yet, I myself suck.
 
Yeah I forgot multiplayer - if available - main menu and stuff would rank in Presentation... DLC is part of longevity :p
 
I don't know what longevity means, haha.

Oh, maybe the time it takes to install.
 
i'm not good at animations so if i make a video will i need to make any animations?:confused:
 
There'll hopefully be somebody who does make the animation and sends it to each individual reviewer, which they can edit in themselves.

I decided to make a basic 'How to speed up your PC' video, which I'm finishing off now. Right clicking, properties on My Computer - Do those details need to be hidden?

Anyway, just done a review on the Raging Blast demo, quality isn't the best as there's a few of them black steaks on the screen. Isn't that bad in gameplay though.
 
If my voice improves any time soon(Been sick and it's been rather shot) I might record some sort of how-to. Trying to think of what though.
