the number of hours

There's a few possible explanations, as I think Exophase will take some time to get all the data from the Sony.

As far as I can tell there are issues on Sony's side where the app fails to update properly, it where they seem to delay the number of hours on their end. But I'm seeing 1 hour 11 minutes for your Fortnite time. (With Uncharted triple pack, this it more or less sticks all playtime in Uncharted 1.)

The thing is, it only shows the time spent on the PS5, not on the PS4, where (if I trust Sony’s figures) I have about 500 hours.

You may need to earn a trophy in Fortnite PS4 or at least play the "Save the World" portion once in order for the site to pick it up. It's an issue with Fortnite in particular.

You'll also find that if you browse through your list of games with trophies on PSN, it doesn't show an entry for Fortnite PS4 there - even as 0% progress. That's why the site is not seeing it. It shows the PS5 entry there, though.
