Ubisoft Connect games no longer being tracked

Hi! I wanted to ask about a specific issue with Ubisoft achievements on Exophase.

Why are achievements from some newer Ubisoft Connect games no longer being tracked on Exophase? I know this seems to be related to something on Ubisoft’s side, since the games have achievement sets on Ubisoft Connect, but the achievements are not being synchronized/tracked by Exophase or other achievement-ranking sites.

For example, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Assassin’s Creed Mirage have Ubisoft Connect achievements and are properly tracked on Exophase. However, Assassin’s Creed Shadows is not being tracked, and now the Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Remake also appears to have the same issue.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this difference? Is there something Ubisoft changed in its achievement system or API that is preventing these newer games from being tracked?

If this is indeed an issue that needs to be fixed by Ubisoft, perhaps the Exophase community could contact Ubisoft Support and put some pressure on them to investigate it. It would be great if these achievements could eventually be tracked properly on Exophase and other achievement-ranking sites.

I’d really appreciate hearing your thoughts or any hypothesis about what might be happening.

The site FAQ basically explains it -
Limitations - Uplay
Currently, only challenges can be tracked on Uplay. While there's often a lot of overlap, the achievements shown in the Uplay client are separate. Unfortunately, Ubisoft does currently not expose the achievements on their Club Ubisoft website and no one other than yourself can view them within the client.

What you see on Exophase under the Ubisoft section are not the achievements. They are the challenges. Ubisoft has not been including challenges in their newer games. Thus with no challenges to track, unfortunately those games have nothing to track under the Ubisoft section.
