Ubisoft profile is not synced

In my profile it is not showing all my games and the most recent played games. It shows some games that I have achievements in Ubisoft Connect, but here it does not appear.
I've already set it to sync a few times and there's nothing selected to hide games, recent played or achievements in the settings.

There are some limitations with the Ubisoft tracking - we're not able to retrieve last played dates so it will only update when unlocking a new challenge. It also only picks up challenges, not achievements. Are you sure the challenges are missing here?
