PS3 Ueda Supervising Development of The Last Guardian, But Still No Launch Info

It's started to become a bit awkward talking about The Last Guardian. This is a game that comes up in the news every so often, but as of the last few updates, nothing major has been revealed. Hell, you could say that the last few rounds of Last Guardian news have been almost entirely identical.

I've come to the conclusion that this game is either never going to see the light of day or Sony made a conscious decision internally to have development pushed back so that it can be tooled for the next console cycle.

Can they just admit that the game is canceled? Or at least say they are saving it for the next Gen?
