UK University Applicants 2011?

Hey :)
Was looking through some old posts and found a version of this thread for last year, and since I'm applying for 2011, I thought why not make this thread.

I'm applying for a Computer Science 4 year Sandwich course at:
Bath
Surrey
Kent
East Anglia
Brighton

Got ADDU at AS but omitted those, and have A*AB predictions for A2 so should be alright.

I haven't applied yet but I should be within the next few days.
 
I'm applying for a BSc in Computer Science at:
UEA
King's College London
London Metro Uni
Queen's Uni Belfast
Manchester Metro Uni

Was considering Kingston upon Thames but...meh.

Also, I'm not working with A level results really but a one year condensed course since I've been out of education for a number of years now xD I just finished up my UCAS form actually the other day and just need to send it off. The deadline isn't until the 15th of January though IIRC so not that much of a hurry just yet.

Yeah, I've finished everything apart from my personal statement, which I just need to show my form tutor and some people to change it from a first draft into the finished thing.

I wasn't really planning on doing mine so early, but my mum kept nagging me as she knows of people already getting offers from Bath and other places. Also, everyone at the local comprehensive has already applied at their school made them do it as soon as possible.

I'm sure they keep spaces for later applicants though, it'd be silly not to.

I'm at pretty much the same stage, personal statement done and just need it reviewed by a tutor.

You guys have it easy with your personal statements, ours can make or break our admission in some California universities :(

Edit: Menace you should really proofread your personal statement a couple times through...

Cheers. I thought that looked weird too but according to MS Word, it was right. Heh, ah well. I'll change it back.

I'm fairly sure that they keep a record of applicant's personal statements from the past...and since mine hasn't been used before in the past then it should be fine. :D
