UMD Recognition Plugin?

I was wondering if there was a plugin..or something that could load another game while playing..so the UMD Recognition thing could work...cause i've seen a few games that use this (DjMax Portable 2, Yu-gi-oh GX Tag Force 2) both have the ability to load other games to unlock more features..but it's not possible since it emulated.
 
Haven't seen a plugin like this but yeah it definitely sounds possible to do.
