Unable to link PSN account

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to link my PlayStation Network account to Exophase, but I keep getting the following error message:

"This user requested manual removal from the site for privacy reasons. If you are the original account holder, contact support to remove this flag."

I have already verified that my PSN privacy settings match what Exophase requires. I also contacted Sony support, but they directed me back here since this is a restriction on Exophase's end.

As I am the original owner of this account, Can someone help me?
