Upgrade from 3.03 OE-A to latest help?

Hi there.

I have a old version on my PSP and want to upgrade to latest firmware.Can anybody direct me to a guide to upgrade from my current version??

you can use pandora to upgrader to CFW 3.90 m33-3 then update to CFW 4.01 m33-2
