But what is listed in the GAME.txt? Also I think the path is case sensitive, so make sure whatever in there lines up exactly with the path listed.

The problem is simple: it's not finding the file.

Re-download it and instead of using Lcscheatdevice371.prx, use Lcscheatdevice.prx! It will work, I garante you (I use it too).

Create a seplugins folder on the root of your memory stick, in case you don't have already.
Creat a .txt file called "GAME.txt" and add this line: ms0:seplugins/lcscheatdevice.prx.
Copy the files "programing", "peds", "objects" and "lcscheatdevice.prx" to the seplugins folder.
Do to the Recovery menu and enable it on the plugins section.


It will not work one EU patched versions of GTA:LCS
