I don't see any accounts linked. You mean your Xbox gamertag, right? Could you write it here? That way we may be able to see if there's a wrong setting. For instance I am "Retodon8". https://account.xbox.com/nl-nl/profile?gamertag=Retodon8
 
If it’s possible to change my username to preferably AsheTree1986 or AsheTree86 as I’ve just updated all my account usernames and would like them all the same. Sorry if it’s a hassle
