Verify PSN account without owning a PlayStation console

I don’t own a PS4 or PS5 console, but I would still like to earn trophies and sync my progress for PlayStation games through emulation (RPCS3).
Is there any way to verify or activate my PSN account without using a real console?
My goal is only to track trophies and achievements for the games I play.

idk about ps3 emulation, but its a legit psn account, that you link to the emulator? Or only using emulator database? If its only emulator database i dont think its suported yet.
