Hello i am new to all of this and i need some help. Im not sure if i got this Custom Firmware i only been updateing it when it tells me to. my System Software is Version 4.01.
Am i on the right thing to be playing ps1, i am lost :confused1: please can some one help me get this ps1 syentem on the psp up and running

You need to downgrade your psp and get a custom firm ware. If you never did this you have the OFW. Although I do think you can play the ps1 games in the new ofw with out changing, you won't be able to DL games or run any homebrew stuff. Check the boards, downgrading stuff is all over the boards.
