Im new to this stuff.....They always say put it in the game folder, i do but when i try 2 load it up in the game folder the other file is corrupted and the other wont start it says game could not be started and a buch of numbers, and what is decrypter all i know is it just dumps the firmware but what does that mean?... im lost, im currently running v3.11 on my psp :( I just found out that you can downgrade can sum 1 please help?????!!!
 
You can't downgrade a v3.11 PSP.

The firmware dumper you are talking about, PSARDumper.. it dumps the 3.11 firmware on an 1.5 unit or any custom firmware. It's geared towards developers, or anyone researching the PSP firmware.

so if i decrypt the software 3.11 it just helps others to hack it? someone told me it becomes a custom firmware????
