Well, i'm trying to find the latest version of the thing that lets you use CTF themes on your 5.00 M33-x PSP...

I forgot what it is called which make me feel extremely stupid.

While i figured out what the app was by asking aroung on the irc, it was CXMB,

Now, i have a new question:
What can i use to unpack a ctf theme then repack it back to CTF (so i can edit the individual rco's and stuff) and not upgrade or downgrade it for other firmwares?
Why? because i want to add my own custom long gameboot to a theme i am using.

You can use Red Squirrel's CTF Manager for Windows to extract files from a CTF file. Here's a DL Link.
